Founded by hospitality entrepreneur Jared Galbut, the firm brings together decades of experience in real estate, hospitality, and brand development to create residences where design, comfort, and lifestyle aren't features. They're the foundation. From site selection to finishes, every decision is made with the same intentionality that defines great hospitality. Jared Galbut
CEO AND FOUNDER
Jared Galbut has spent more than two decades building things people want to be part of: restaurants, neighborhoods, brands, homes.
He’s the founder of Heard Partners, a residential development and investment platform that applies the logic of great hospitality to the places people live. The premise is simple: the same principles that make a hotel or restaurant feel extraordinary, thoughtful design, considered atmosphere, genuine attention to how people move through a space, should be the starting point for a home, not an afterthought.
That instinct was sharpened through his work building Bodega Taqueria y Tequila, the Miami-born hospitality concept that grew from a single location into one of the most recognizable brands to come out of South Florida. Bodega proved that experience, personality, and environment aren’t decorative. They’re the product.
Jared is a member of YPO and serves on the boards of the Dolphins Cancer Challenge, the Greater Miami and the Beaches Hotel Association, and the Miami Beach JCC.
Spencer Goldenberg
CFO AND DEVELOPMENT PARTNER
Spencer Goldenberg is CFO and Development Partner at Heard Partners, where he leads real estate acquisitions, capital relationships, and the financial strategy underpinning the company’s growth and operations.
A CPA and CFA with more than two decades of experience, Spencer brings deep expertise in underwriting, complex financial structures, and long-term capital planning across residential, commercial, and hospitality investments. He is responsible for ensuring disciplined execution across the full lifecycle of each project, from acquisition through disposition.
Prior to Heard Partners, Spencer served as CFO of Menin Hospitality, where he was integral to hotel and restaurant ownership, development, financing, and operations. He continues to advise hospitality developers on strategy and operations and has served as a financial expert in litigation matters.
Earlier in his career, Spencer was a Tax and Audit Director at Gerstle, Rosen and Goldenberg, working extensively with complex corporate structures and high-net-worth individuals. He began his career in the Florida State Senate, where he gained early exposure to large-scale budgeting and public sector finance.
Spencer holds a degree from Florida State University and serves on the boards of several public and private companies.
